Postage terms

• Your items will be shipped within 1-5 weeks after payment is received. This depends on the size of your order. 

• Custom Order: please allow 3-5 weeks of making your order.

• I am very happy to offer reduction on postage to save your money on purchases bought and paid for together in 5 days period.

• I always obtain a proof of postage.

• Postal charge includes the cost of postage, wrapping and packing materials.

***Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for these charges.

Returns and Policy

- As our items are Made to Order, the return is not accepted. If you are not sure about the colour as it might appear differently on each monitor screen, we recommend you ask for fabric swatch before placing an order.

- If you don’t receive your item in time due to the delay of post and/or custom procedure the return is not accepted. Once we ship your items, it is out of our hand.

- In case that return is agreed, please return the item to us in original packaging. Refund only includes the cost of the item. Postage charge isn’t included. Buyer is responsible for return postage cost.

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If I do make a mistake, please let me know and I will do all I can to put things right for you.
